Your tasks

• You ensure the availability of raw materials (vegetables and fruits) for our ultra-fresh products and schedule them daily according to demand
• You coordinate the demand-oriented supply of production with raw materials, are responsible for stocks, and ensure optimal availability.
• Obtaining quotations, price negotiations, invoice control and approval, as well as the evaluation of new suppliers, are also part of your duties
• You maintain close collaboration with various interfaces and ensure smooth coordination
• With your training and experience in purchasing as well as in the food industry, you know how to negotiate skilfully and successfully with suppliers in German and English
• Accurate and conscientious data maintenance is as natural to you as the ongoing improvement of existing processes through your initiative

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the food sector.
• A completed commercial education as well as relevant further training in purchasing are essential for this position.
• You are reliable, committed, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You work solution-oriented, contribute your own ideas, and implement them purposefully with visible results.
• You are motivated, performance-oriented, and actively contribute to shared successes with your team spirit.
• You work independently, efficiently, and structured, show initiative, and are flexible.
• You have business fluent German and good English skills; knowledge of French is an advantage.
