What you will achieve:

• You will contribute to the versatile master data maintenance for our energy billing
• You will work on the further development of our billing system
• You will complete repair workflows for measuring devices
• You will process various data files, e.g. for consumption data
• You will carry out data processing tasks as an internal service
• You will coordinate the annual meter readings for the Northwest Switzerland region
• You will take responsibility for mapping the existing measurement concepts in our billing software
• You will process plant master data and address changes in Abacus

What you bring:

• You have completed a commercial or technical basic training
• Experience in the sanitary or heating industry is an advantage
• You have a flair for organisation and planning tasks
• You are motivated, open-minded, and service- and process-oriented
• You have good knowledge of MS Office programmes; experience with Abacus is an advantage
• You enjoy interacting with various stakeholders
• German is your mother tongue
