What you can contribute

• Ensure operational day-to-day business in integration management and handle administrative tasks
• Coordinate, monitor and document orders for integration management
• Gather customer needs, develop and recommend solution options
• Support integration managers in internal organisational and infrastructure projects
• Carry out periodic checks of inventory and internal invoicing
• Support the responsible person for the business management system GEVER with registry questions

What makes you unique

• Commercial or technical basic training with further education in the commercial field
• Advanced technical understanding, especially office automation, as well as good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of federal standards and IT service management software is an advantage
• Independent and responsible working style as well as enjoyment of learning and change processes
• Strong service orientation as well as good communication and cooperation skills
• Good active knowledge of a second official language
