Your tasks

• Recording and maintenance of patient data as well as creation and dispatch of patient files
• Reception and telephone switchboard management as well as receiving and coordinating registrations for inpatient stays
• Administration of incoming and outgoing patients
• Billing of inpatient stays
• Taking on a variety of administrative and organisational tasks

Your shifts take place in various services between 07:15 and 18:30 – on weekdays and about two weekends per month.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in the administrative field
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (native speaker or C1) as well as oral French skills at a conversational level (B2)
• Quick comprehension, initiative, and the ability to keep an overview even in lively situations
• Cheerful, engaging personality with joy in teamwork
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as respectful interaction with patients, customers, and referrers
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to be part of our team about two weekends per month
