You take over the 2nd level support for system partners and assist them with technical application questions
You ensure the operation, availability and connection of the instances in the access cloud
You are deployed on site or remotely at the customer for commissioning and maintenance tasks
You also create and send offers and order confirmations and contribute to projects and documentation
For training and service, you set up access systems and provide the appropriate documentation
Qualifications:
You have a technical EFZ qualification and enjoy configuring and supporting systems
Ideally, you have experience in support and system administration of consultancy-intensive security technology products
You are familiar with Linux, container-based cloud systems as well as server and network infrastructures
Your German skills are flawless in writing and speaking; Italian is an advantage
