In this role, you will strengthen the Claims business area at Zurich Switzerland in the Claims Centre Online Team Bern and make an important contribution to our shared success. You will independently process online reported claims in motor vehicle, personal liability, and household insurance and coordinate the appropriate measures for our customers. You will manage our online channels, work closely with repair partners and vehicle experts, and further develop these channels together with the team.

What to expect

• You prepare and independently process online reported claims in the areas of motor vehicle, personal liability, and household insurance
• You manage our online channels
• You organise and coordinate the appropriate measures to resolve the diverse concerns of our customers

• You work closely with our repair partners and vehicle experts.
• You actively support the further development of our online channels and implement new ideas together with the team.

What sets you apart

• Commercial training, preferably with experience in the insurance industry
• High affinity for modern communication systems as well as IT skills;

• Initiative, flexible, team-oriented and resilient personality with good communication skills;

• Strong customer orientation as well as a service- and solution-oriented approach;

• Confident German in spoken and written form, any additional foreign language is an advantage.
