Your tasks

• Telephone and email contact with patients, doctors and insurance companies
• Appointment scheduling and coordination across multiple locations
• Management and maintenance of patient data in the system
• Organisation and ensuring smooth practice operations
• Support of the locations in daily operations
• With increasing experience and responsibility
• Independent organisation of processes and priorities in daily business
• Contributing ideas in planning, capacity utilisation and cross-location coordination
• Preparation and compilation of reports, documents and correspondence
• Professional handling of insurance matters (including inquiries, cost approvals, complaints)
• Participation in and independent implementation of projects and internal processes
• Depending on development and interest
• Optimisation and further development of existing processes and structures
• Taking on responsibility in sub-areas or for individual locations
• Interface function between office, location management and executive management
• Support of location management in organisational and administrative matters
• Participation in concepts, communication and internal developments
