Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact for our customers in the electrical wholesale throughout Switzerland for all technical and commercial enquiries via email, telephone and ticketing system.
• You coordinate important internal processes regarding complaints, transport, quality management, pricing and ELDAS processes.
• After a familiarisation period, you support project management for lighting projects in both the private and public sectors (quotations, order processing, assembly, project planning, monitoring, invoicing).
• You assist in coordinating customer-specific lighting plans in collaboration with our field service and the internal lighting planning department.

Your profile

• You are a professional with an electrician / electrical engineering basic education EFZ with further training as a technical merchant or similar.
• You have initial experience in internal sales in the electrical industry or a related sector.
• You are a person with initiative, independence as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting.
• You have good to very good language skills in French. Additional languages are an advantage.
• You are interested in project management in a technical environment.
• You are still motivated to demonstrate your manual skills, e.g. for preparing sample luminaires or equipping our showroom.
• You already have good user knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications.
