Junior IT Supporter (22181 / Contract-to-Hire)

Task

For one of our clients, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented individual as a Junior IT Supporter.
In this versatile role, you will support users in daily IT operations, ensure a reliable IT infrastructure, and contribute to exciting IT projects.
Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving, prioritising, and processing IT support requests
• First-level support on site as well as assisting users with technical problems
• Maintenance of Windows clients, end devices, and Microsoft 365 environments
• User and permission management with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
• Support in operating printer, server, and network infrastructure
• Participation in IT projects and implementation of new IT solutions
• Maintenance of IT documentation and optimisation of support processes
• Analysis of recurring faults and coordination of escalations

Requirements

• Completed IT training (EFZ) or comparable IT knowledge
• Initial professional experience in IT support or system operation
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and device management
• Experience with ticketing systems as well as basic knowledge of network and printer infrastructures
• Knowledge of audio-visual infrastructure is an advantage
• Enjoyment of direct contact with users and willingness to continuously develop
• Very good German language skills
• Interest in a permanent position after the 6-month project assignment via IQ PLUS

Project duration 6 months followed by internalisation with the client
