We are looking for a:

Customer Relations Officer - Bilingual French/Swiss German - Fixed-term Contract - 50/80%

We are strengthening our Customer Service Centre at the Givisiez headquarters for the winter season.

 Responsibilities

• You will handle customer requests via various channels (phone, email, etc.) and take their needs into account
• You will respond to breakdown calls and handle complaints
• You will prepare quotes and/or schedule technicians’ interventions in the software according to priority, urgency, and availability of human and material resources
• You will contribute to achieving commercial performance objectives

 Qualifications

Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Services, you have proven experience in a similar role, ideally in automotive service sales or a call centre.
You are comfortable using digital tools.

To succeed in your tasks, you are recognised for your listening skills, organisational abilities, team spirit, and sense of service.

This position is a fixed-term contract, 50% - 80%, from the end of September until the end of December 2026.

Workplace: Givisiez, 10 minutes from Fribourg, 30 minutes from Bern,

Bilingual French/Swiss German. English is a plus :)
