The Children and Youth department is responsible for municipal child and youth promotion. We provide a participatory and community-oriented child and youth animation with a diverse range of offerings and target group-specific projects. Our primary school with seven primary school locations integrates supplementary school care.
Permanent on-call position without fixed hours;

Relief Staff for the Support of Children & Young People
Your tasks- Accompanying and individually caring for children and young people (during meals, homework, leisure activities, etc.)
- Guiding children towards independence and participation in everyday tasks
- Encouraging children to act in solidarity, resolve conflicts non-violently and show consideration
- Working at various locations of the day care structures in the city of Baden
- Contributing to child animation, youth work or mobile youth work of the city of Baden
- Contributing to child and youth animation in mandate municipalities
Your profile
- Completed training as a childcare specialist EFZ
- Willingness for irregular assignments (Mon-Sun) in the areas of supplementary school care as well as children and youth
- Enjoyment of working with children and young people as well as pedagogical skills
- Professional experience in supplementary school care facilities or in child and youth work is an advantage
- Team player, ability to act independently and to resolve conflicts
- Flexibility regarding work assignments
- Good communication skills and fluent spoken German
