What to expect

• You facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Plannings, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• You actively support your team in implementing agile principles and practices
• You independently identify and remove obstacles in team collaboration
• You continuously coach the team towards greater self-organisation and personal responsibility
• You actively contribute to optimising work techniques and processes
• Open, appreciative, and goal-oriented communication within the team and with stakeholders is important to you – and you are committed to it
• You ensure transparent progress monitoring of the value streams on an ongoing basis
• You work closely with Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution and to communicate this to the teams

• Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics or a related field at HF/FH/University level with experience in IT and structured processes
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development projects
• Certification in the role of Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar
• Good knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Solid knowledge of the tools Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of agile values, principles, and team dynamics
• Strong interest in technical and professional topics

• Flexibility, strong communication skills, and confident demeanour when dealing with various stakeholders, internal and external interfaces, leading and coordinating planning meetings
• A personality driven by change, problem-solving, and flow
• Enthusiasm for agile collaboration and a talent for inspiring teams
