Samvaz SA is a family business active since 1964 in metal machining in Chatel-St-Denis (Fribourg). The company has grown by developing, manufacturing and marketing its own products, such as PIPEX® sanitary fasteners, the SAM® formwork system, RALI® planers and TERSA® planing shafts, which are distributed in Switzerland, Europe and worldwide. The company employs around 140 staff in total. As an important economic player, Samvaz SA also has a social responsibility which it assumes notably with a large photovoltaic park, its heating based on wood waste and the subcontracting of some operations to sheltered workshops in the region.

Join our team as a

Customer Service Employee (Technical) 100% (M/F/D)

and support our customers in the success of their projects in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Sanitary (HVAC/S)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You handle customer requests and orders, received by phone or in writing
• You manage offers and quotations
• You propose solutions adapted to their projects and advise them
• You coordinate projects with our representatives and technicians
• You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of the department's processes

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a qualification in HVAC/S and have significant experience in the field
• You have experience within a customer service department
• You are recognised for your technical knowledge and your ability to convey it
• You have good interpersonal skills and excellent communication in French (written and polished)
• You have a good level of German and/or Swiss German
• You are proficient with common IT tools
• You work independently and in an organised manner and appreciate teamwork
• You have excellent stress management and are able to work in a demanding environment
