Your Tasks

• Lead, control and coordinate the manufacturing processes at assembly stations
• Design and moderate shopfloor management including prioritising disruptions as well as analysing key figures and deriving measures
• Manage the holistic order management from release to completion (monitor deadlines, ensure material availability, guarantee quality, control costs)
• Coordinate and promote cross-functional collaboration with purchasing, in-house production and quality
• Co-develop, drive forward and implement projects in the area of production management and assembly processes

What Convince Us

• Completed studies in industrial engineering, aviation or a comparable technical vocational training with further education to technician HF
• Professional experience in production control or production coordination is an advantage
• SAP S4/HANA knowledge is an advantage, as well as confident handling of MS Office
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as English skills at least at level B1
• Analytical and structured way of working as well as high proactive communication and pronounced personal responsibility
• Independent, resilient and service-oriented personality
