Your area of responsibility

• You lead projects in the area of scanning (documents, books, etc.) and automated data processing
• You plan the use of digital tools, such as workflow management systems and automations, together with our internal IT specialists
• You are responsible for a small team and take on training as well as professional support in the respective project.
• Your momentum unfolds in Frauenfeld, occasionally throughout Switzerland

What you bring

• You are an upbeat, performance-oriented person and eager to engage in the transition from the analogue to the digital world
• You have completed a vocational apprenticeship, preferably in the photography field – eager career changers are also welcome
• You are experienced in using digital tools and can concentrate well, so you reliably complete repetitive processes
• Experience in digitalisation and archival work is an advantage
• Confident German in spoken and written form; French and English are advantageous
