Your task

In this role, you will independently manage the payroll administration for around 1,600 employees together with a team of three and ensure smooth and timely processing. Your diverse range of tasks includes in particular:

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for the monthly payroll processing including checks and finalisations
• Participation in further developments and optimisations in the SAP payroll environment
• Competent contact person for internal and external questions regarding payroll and salary statements, preparation of certificates, evaluations and reports
• Registration, control and processing of sickness and accident daily allowances
• Case management, support of long-term cases
• Preparation and timely submission of withholding tax and social security statements
• Management of user rights as well as support of the time recording system
• Processing and coordination of support requests in the area of time recording

Your profile

• Experienced handling of payroll software (SAP preferred) as well as experience with time recording systems
• Very structured, precise and punctual way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility and high quality orientation
• Quick understanding of complex payroll-related contexts
• Very good German skills as well as good French skills are an advantage
• Friendly, professional appearance and strong communication skills
