On behalf of this client, I am looking to complement the payroll team in Zurich immediately or by arrangement with a
Payroll Specialist with French Language Skills (m/f/d) 80-100%
Your tasks:
- Independent execution of the monthly payroll for employees in the French-speaking part of Switzerland
- Ensuring correct and timely payroll processing as well as active support throughout the entire process
- Recording and checking all relevant changes such as entries and exits or other modifications
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly key figures and reports
- Maintaining personnel, master and payroll data in the SwissSalary system
- Advising employees and managers on insurance matters such as illness, accident, pension or family allowances
- Processing general personnel data and participating in HR projects to further develop processes and systems
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training with further education in human resources
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in payroll or personnel
- Independent, proactive personality with strong analytical thinking skills
- Flexible, precise and reliable working style
- Open to change and process optimisation
- Very good German skills (spoken and written at C1 level)
- Good French skills (spoken and written at B2 level)
- English skills at B2 level in spoken and written form
