What you can contribute

• Participate in weekly and medium-term work planning
• Prepare and hand over training facilities; plan and provide materials as well as necessary operating supplies; manage the warehouse; procure resources and conduct inventory
• Organise the use of vehicles and specialised machinery; plan and carry out surrounding and maintenance work on the facilities
• Control and ensure the maintenance and operation of technical systems, associated systems, and material infrastructure; ensure and supervise the execution of work by assigned personnel and partner companies
• Train and educate employees and customers

What makes you unique

• Federal VET diploma in a technical field, as a building maintenance specialist or similar qualification with a federal professional certificate as a caretaker
• Extensive professional experience and technical leadership
• Organisational talent, teamwork skills, and good customer relations; efficient and conscientious working style
• Analytical thinking, quick identification of key problems and proposing appropriate solutions; ability to prioritise
• Good IT skills (MS Office and SAP) and good knowledge of a second official language

• A category C driving licence and a forklift operator licence are advantageous
