To strengthen our operations team in the area of networks, applications and hardware for alarm transmission, we are looking for you as

System Technician 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

What you achieve

• You provide telephone support to our service technicians during installations, commissioning and repairs.
• You analyse and resolve faults in alarm transmission devices, control centres and the alarm transmission platform.
• You are the contact person for internal and external partners as well as suppliers.
• You independently carry out tests on alarm transmission devices.
• You assist in conducting tests on the entire alarm transmission infrastructure.
• You create and maintain technical documentation and manuals.
• You conduct training sessions, actively participate in projects and contribute your expertise.

What you bring

• Your basic training in the IT or electrical sector provides the ideal foundation.
• Further training as a technician HF in telematics, IT or communication technology or comparable further training is an advantage.
• You have professional experience in the field of communication networks and in service, repair, commissioning and technical support.
• Your mother tongue is German or French, with very good knowledge of the other language.
