As a System Engineer, you support our customers holistically from analysis through project implementation to operation and take on responsibility.

We are one of the leading IT service companies in Switzerland and the trusted IT partner of many well-known and innovative companies from the SME sector. To expand our Project Services team, we are looking for reinforcement at the Kirchberg BE location.

System Engineer Modern Workplace & Infrastructure (m/f/d) 80-100%

Tasks

  • Planning, management and implementation of infrastructure, cloud, security and modern workplace projects
  • Technical responsibility in client, workplace and migration projects
  • Administration and further development of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and Microsoft Security
  • Planning and implementation of client lifecycle projects with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management and Autopilot
  • Migration of customer environments to hybrid or cloud-based platforms
  • Operation and further development of Windows Server, Active Directory and hybrid environments
  • Implementation of network, security, backup and infrastructure projects
  • Conducting technical analyses, documentation and current state assessments
  • Participation in customer onboardings, operational takeovers and modernisation projects
  • Support in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as in technical special cases
  • Direct support of new and existing customers on site
  • Further tasks as agreed with the supervisor

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a System Engineer in the Microsoft environment
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure as well as good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and hybrid environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, Autopilot, Microsoft Security, HPE Server & Storage, Aruba Networking, Fortinet, Sophos or Veeam is an advantage
  • Experience with customer projects in the IT service environment is an advantage
  • Experience in analysing and documenting IT infrastructures
  • Enjoyment of regular customer assignments and driving licence category B (company vehicle)
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
