System Manager: ERP and Business Applications (80-100%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual focused on the support and further development of our ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central).

System Manager: ERP and Business Applications (80-100%)

You will be responsible for the following areas:

• Ensuring productive operation and active ongoing development
• Planning, coordinating, and executing release changes, support packages, and updates
• Implementation and coordination of system projects including digitalisation
• Interface management with other applications (e.g. online shop)
• Definition, mapping, and implementation of new system processes
• Responsibility for 1st & 2nd level support and coordination of 3rd level support
• Maintenance of a key user group and conducting user training

You primarily bring the following skills/competencies:

• Completed training in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience with ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics)
• Basic business administration knowledge
• High degree of personal responsibility and initiative
• Open mindset and hands-on mentality
• Service- and solution-oriented with good communication skills (positive personality)
• Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form – company language is German
