What you can achieve:
- You are the first point of contact for our employees and forward their concerns to the responsible department
- You are the primary contact for our customers by phone and in writing for all matters. You efficiently dispatch enquiries to the responsible department and thus contribute to customer satisfaction
- You also process customer reports on third-party systems of our customers
- You dispatch incoming alarm messages to the responsible department and instruct them according to guidelines
- In a well-coordinated team, you find solutions even in hectic situations
- You manage various video and pager monitoring systems
- You maintain close contact with different emergency services
- You take on the remote monitoring of our employees in external locations
- You maintain our customer database with up-to-date information
- Opportunity for increasing responsibility in the administrative area
What you bring:
- You enjoy telephone customer contact
- Your mother tongue is German and you have good knowledge of French; knowledge of English and Italian is an advantage
- You are IT-savvy and quickly familiarise yourself with the processes of new software
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and communicate purposefully
- You maintain good manners and are service-oriented
- You work goal-oriented even in hectic situations and keep an overview
