You can contribute in this role
- Take on legal project management and advice on the topic of pay equality and contribute to the implementation of the Equality Strategy 2030
- Participate in the processing of Federal Council, parliamentary and departmental matters in all equality-relevant topics
- Promote the implementation of the Equality Act
- Be responsible for project management in research mandates and the preparation of studies, expert opinions and reports
- Provide legal advice to the various areas of the FEG in fulfilling their tasks
What makes you unique
- Completed legal university degree (licentiate or master’s)
- Several years of professional experience in public administration
- Sound knowledge of administrative, contract and labour law
- Proven experience in project management as well as excellent analytical and editorial skills
- Active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third official language as well as very good English skills

As a lawyer, you are responsible for legal project management in the area of pay equality and actively contribute to the implementation of the Equality Strategy 2030 and the promotion of the Equality Act. You have several years of administrative experience and proven knowledge in the relevant legal areas and possess a political sensitivity for legal and social policy issues in the field of gender equality.
