Job Description:
As part of our support for people dealing with addiction, we are seeking a dynamic and rigorous socio-professional master to join our multidisciplinary team. You will play a key role in supporting beneficiaries and will be responsible for the kitchen, overseeing meal preparation for our institution as well as for external clients of the foundation.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all kitchen activities, ensuring the quality of meals served, compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, and effective management of human resources (beneficiaries, apprentices) and materials.
Kitchen Management
- Develop menus considering the nutritional needs of beneficiaries and external clients.
- Ensure meal preparation and presentation meet quality standards.
- Manage food stock and ensure timely supply.
Workshop Supervision and Beneficiary Follow-up
- Support beneficiaries in their daily activities and care pathways, providing assistance and training while applying best practices related to addiction support.
- Organise workshop work according to service needs.
- Assess beneficiaries’ abilities and performance in the workshop and suggest improvements.
- Apply work, information, and communication techniques based on beneficiaries’ needs and set objectives.
Within the institutional life framework, support beneficiaries in their care journey, ensuring their physical and psychological well-being.
Hygiene and Safety
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Implement and apply cleaning and disinfection procedures for workspaces.
- Ensure the safety of kitchen equipment and installations.
Administrative Management
- Monitor the kitchen budget.
- Manage orders and relationships with suppliers.
- Keep administrative documents related to the kitchen and beneficiaries up to date (technical sheets, inventories, evaluations, reports, etc.).
Professional Attitude and Personal Quality
Act with a systemic and process-oriented vision, while being able to adapt to changes and evolving beneficiary needs. Relational skills and adaptability to people suffering from addiction-related disorders. Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team while working autonomously.

Your Profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a cook
- Diploma as a socio-professional master or equivalent qualification (training possible)
- Driving licence (mandatory)
Required Skills:
- Mastery of cooking and pastry techniques
- Skills in group management and budget management
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team and other services
- In-depth knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
