Work Agogics / Day Structure

As maternity cover until the end of July 2027 with possible continuation

You support people with support needs in applying their skills in the work environment. With individual guidance and targeted promotion, you strengthen self-determination, personal development and social participation.

Your tasks

• Participation-oriented support of employees with support needs in everyday work
• Support with nursing and medical actions
• Contact person for employees and conducting employee discussions
• Design of the working day as well as the activation offer
• Carrying out activities in the Thun social area
• Active participation in work and project groups
• Active involvement in the further development of the Hännisweg work site and its offers
• Promoting cooperation and communication within the department, across areas and with our customers

Your profile

• Training in work agogics or comparable qualification
• Experience in supporting people with support needs
• Empathetic and patient personality in dealing with challenging situations
• Solution-oriented and responsible
• Open to new things
• Good perception, high resilience as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working complete your profile
• Ability for crisis intervention and de-escalation
