To complete the staff of the Médiathèque Valais Martigny, the City of Martigny is advertising the position of
Documentary Information Officer at 50%
Your mission
- Serve the various publics of the Médiathèque Valais including the sites of Martigny and Charrat:
loan, information, reception - Carry out operations related to lending (shelving, reservation management, etc.)
- Collaborate on document management and processing tasks
- Participate in the training of apprentices
- Ensure the management of routine administrative activities
- Participate in the implementation of events and class visits at the Médiathèque
Valais – Martigny
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a documentary information officer (AID) or equivalent training
- Proficiency in the RERO ILS software
- Experience in public reception and support
- Preferred fixed working days: Monday and Thursday, as well as participation in the lending duty on Saturdays, approximately once a month according to a pre-established schedule
