Certified Nursing Specialist (HF/FH or Professional Bachelor/Master)

• you take responsibility as case manager or primary nurse and actively shape nursing care.
• you accompany our residents with empathy and professionalism in various care situations.
• you develop individual care plans and implement them together with the team.
• you contribute to the ongoing improvement of our care quality and bring in your ideas.
• you work closely with various professional groups and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.

You will be successful here

• with your qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland (e.g. SRK recognition or Professional Bachelor/Master).
• if you combine expertise with heart and are committed to the well-being of older people.
• because you value contact with residents and their relatives and handle it professionally.
• thanks to your confident command of German – both spoken and written.
• because you are proficient in using digital tools (e.g. MS Office, electronic nursing documentation).
• if you work flexibly, in a structured manner and independently – even in challenging moments.
