Service Desk Employee with French Language Skills (a) 100% [Ref:2809]

• Recording and processing incidents and service requests via telephone or ticket system in French and German
• Direct handling of incoming incidents at first contact with users
• Performing user administration and order processing
• Forwarding tickets to the responsible teams within the scope of functional escalation
• Creation of knowledge base articles and user manuals
• Carrying out minor maintenance work on network printers as well as adjusting multimedia settings in meeting rooms
• Installation of hardware and software
• Willingness for occasional Saturday shifts

• Training as an IT specialist or similar vocational training (technical commercial apprenticeship) with corresponding professional experience in the client environment
• Experience as an ICT supporter (1st level)
• Solid practical and theoretical experience or training in the area of PC/notebook and client-server applications
• Good hardware knowledge in the office environment (PC, notebook, network printers, etc.)
• Comprehensive Office 365 knowledge
• Quick comprehension, enthusiasm for new topics, and ability to work independently
• German as mother tongue, French skills B2-C1
