Are you looking for a new challenge as IT support and system administrator? In this role, you take responsibility for the smooth operation of IT systems and support users with technical problems. You are responsible for system administration, solving technical issues and ensuring data security. As a professional in this field, you already bring extensive experience and are able to analyse and resolve complex technical problems. You are an important part of the IT team and contribute to the efficient and secure operation of the IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
You administer and maintain the server infrastructure
In this role, you actively take on sub-projects in the area of information security
As an ICT Support & System Engineer, you support employees in 1st and 2nd level support
You manage and further develop our Microsoft 365 environment
You take care of hardware and software as well as network administration
You work on updating and protecting IT systems
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training or have comparable professional experience
You enjoy direct user support
You have solid knowledge of Windows server environments, with Linux knowledge being an advantage
You have basic knowledge of network technology, such as VLAN, firewall and switches
You have a passion for the Microsoft M365 platform and its potentials
You are interested in continuous learning and independently research technical information
You speak fluent German
