Legal Service & Social Policy Specialist 80 - 100%  (a)
Bilingual German / Italian

What you will achieve

• Independent provision of oral and written legal advice in labour and social security law
• Independent handling of legal cases, including settlement negotiations, litigation and debt collection in labour and social security law
• Knowledge transfer as a teacher in preparatory courses for professional examinations and higher professional examinations, including the creation and correction of written exams as well as conducting oral exams
• Co-shaping social policy and association interests by deputising for and supporting the Head of Social Policy as needed

Why you will succeed

• You have completed commercial or legal training
• You have sound knowledge of labour and social security law with corresponding experience in legal advice, litigation and debt collection
• Your quick comprehension and structured working method allow you to answer complex issues efficiently and appropriately for the target group
• You enjoy speaking in front of people and possess strong communication skills. You have the ability to build and maintain relationships long-term
• You are characterised by strategic, analytical and tactical thinking as well as forward-looking action, thus keeping the big picture in view                              
• Language skills in German and Italian are essential, French is a great advantage
