Head of Office and Social Affairs / Member of the Executive Board (80-100%)
Deputy Municipal Clerk
Your tasks
In this versatile management role, you take responsibility at the interface of politics, administration and the public. You lead the Office and Social Affairs department professionally, personally and organisationally and promote the further development of your team. As deputy to the municipal clerk, you work closely with the municipal council and executive board, accompany political matters and ensure professional administration and minute-taking. You are also responsible for the areas of resident services, social affairs and the AHV branch office, participate in projects and actively drive the further development of digital and customer-oriented services. You have experience in a municipal administration or a comparable public organisation as well as an administrative professional qualification or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you have already completed further training as a municipal clerk or are willing to acquire it. You are familiar with political and administrative processes, think in networks and act solution-oriented. With your communication skills, social competence and organisational talent, you succeed in bringing people together, taking responsibility and acting confidently even in demanding situations. Enjoyment in working with politics, administration and the public as well as an interest in digitalisation and modern working methods complete your profile.
