Shape the future of our agile delivery organisation! As an RTE and part of the Analytics, Reporting, Data & Platform leadership team, you lead the Agile Release Train M-HUB. This ART delivers everything from the data platform through data integration to reporting & analytics for the entire supermarket, thereby supporting the achievement of the strategic goals of Vision 2035.
What you will achieve
- As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you are responsible for the agile development and production processes as well as the delivery flows of the teams
- As a senior leader, you manage to pragmatically and effectively bring together various forums and structures from the environment (agile / classic) within the ART
- You work in partnership with the RTEs of other ARTs, as well as all agile roles within your own ART. You directly lead the Scrum Masters and are part of the Analytics, Reporting, Data & Platform leadership team
- You organise and moderate the central ART events, ensure transparency regarding progress, risks, priorities and performance, orchestrate dependencies and ensure effective resolution of blockages
- You act as a Senior Servant Leader, create appropriate framework conditions and design collaboration efficiently and effectively to achieve the ART’s goals and continuously develop the ART
- Your passion for empowering people and shaping transformations is used for the effective application of agile values in a complex environment with diverse stakeholders and the future-proof design of the data platform
What you bring
- Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
- Field of study: in a related discipline and proven further training in agile methodologies of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in agile roles and leadership experience in agile delivery organisations in a complex and technical environment
- You have several years of experience as an RTE or a comparable role in larger agile organisations as well as extensive and solid experience in agile working methods and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- You bring experience in dealing with complex organisational structures and diverse stakeholders (ideally in the Data & Analytics environment), as well as a very good understanding of agile product development & delivery
- Through your leadership and moderation skills, and your high social competence, you create clarity, integrate different perspectives and build trust to successfully shape the transformation phase
- You are a pragmatic, convincing, team-oriented leadership personality and have very good communication and presentation skills
