About the job
Do you want to play a central role in leadership support at the Real Estate Department and actively shape the further development of construction management? You can expect a varied role at the interface of leadership, organisation, reporting, quality and digitalisation, where you effectively relieve the department management and simultaneously advance your own topics.
Your tasks
- You are the central contact person for the department management for administrative, organisational and professional questions - from business control to the preparation of leadership meetings as well as decision and pending lists.
- With meaningful leadership key figures, control monitoring, project controlling and resource planning, you create important decision-making bases and monitor data maintenance by employees.
- You lead the budgeting processes and the annual financial statement in the department and ensure together with the specialist departments the quality and further development of processes and compliance with quality management.
- As a coordinating interface, you ensure efficient collaboration and communication between different stakeholders, prepare complex correspondence and political inquiries, and support integrative cooperation within the department.
- Furthermore, you accompany the digital further development, initiate and support the introduction of IT tools and take on an important interface function to internal IT as a power user.
Your profile
- You have training as an executive assistant with a federal certificate or tertiary-level education. In addition, you have several years of experience supporting senior management.
- You possess a very high service orientation, strong self-motivation and a pronounced sense of responsibility. You work independently and assert yourself even in demanding situations.
- A quick grasp and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex processes and workflows distinguish you, as do your planning and organisational affinity as well as your networked and holistic thinking.
- High ICT skills, pronounced problem-solving competence and a confident written expression in German are among your strengths. You bring your own drive to advance new digital solutions.
- With experience in leading or accompanying projects as well as in developing and implementing concepts, you make yourself indispensable.
