You accompany children and young people with heart, professional competence and a sense for their individual needs. As a reliable reference person, you strengthen their independence, promote their personal development and shape a daily routine together with them that conveys security, orientation and joy of life.
In your role as deputy group leader, you additionally take responsibility for the professional and organisational design of the group’s daily routine and support the group leader in managing and further developing the team.
Your tasks
- Design of the group’s daily routine as well as planning of leisure and holiday activities.
- Participation in support planning according to ICF and implementation of individual support measures.
- Support and accompaniment of the team as well as participation in the further development of educational processes.
- Assumption of organisational and administrative tasks.
- Collaboration in the shared household and promotion of a respectful living atmosphere.
Your profile
- You have completed training in social pedagogy, care or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you hold a diploma as a vocational trainer or practical trainer. If not, we are happy to support you in obtaining this qualification.
- Flexible working hours, assignments on weekends and during school holidays are no problem for you.
- You meet people at eye level, build trusting relationships and respond individually to their needs.
- Even when it gets challenging, you remain calm, think solution-oriented and find suitable ways to deal with difficult situations.
