- Responsibility for HR key figures (KPIs) as well as their further development and quality assurance - automated reporting via Qlik
- Creation, analysis and interpretation of reports, dashboards and evaluations for various stakeholders
- Participation in annual reports, forecasts and HR-relevant planning processes
- Close cooperation with HR Business Partners in strategic personnel planning
- Derivation of recommendations for action based on data analyses
- Further development of reporting standards and HR controlling instruments, e.g. Qlik reports

- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Query Manager, Power BI, Excel, HR systems)
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare complex content understandably up to the level of executive management and board of directors
