Versatile IT Technician – Support and Infrastructure

Your mission
You intervene throughout the entire IT lifecycle of our clients, from the first call to the resolution of complex incidents:

• User support from level 1 to 3, remotely and on site
• Installation, configuration and deployment of workstations, peripherals and software
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of the IT fleet
• Administration and monitoring of servers (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualisation)
• Setup and troubleshooting of networks (switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN)
• Backup management and application of best security practices
• Documentation of interventions and direct contact with customers

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as an IT technician (operations and infrastructure) or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a service provider
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments; some knowledge of macOS or virtualisation solutions is a plus
• Service-oriented, comfortable with non-technical interlocutors
• Autonomous, resourceful and able to manage several requests in parallel
• Driving licence (travel to clients)
