Your responsibility
- Independent planning, preparation and conduct of specialised interviews (written and audiovisual)
- Advising the case-managing organisational units
- Participation in the development and updating of professional standards
- Support for new employees as well as members of the militia pool
- Collaboration in training and further education
- Participation in projects, working groups and specialist events
- Participation in quality assurance and case analyses
- Maintaining cooperation with internal and external partner organisations within the scope of their responsibilities
Your background
- Completed training as a police officer with a federal specialist certificate and demonstrable experience in conducting interviews
- Good and confident knowledge of the Code of Criminal Procedure (StPO)
- Strong social skills as well as appreciative and respectful interaction with people
- A solution-oriented, assertive and reliable personality
- The ability for self-reflection and the willingness to critically question one’s own actions
- High sense of duty, responsibility and quality awareness
- Willingness for professional and personal further education
- Willingness for personal development, flexible availability and to take on additional tasks as appropriate to the situation
