As Executive Assistant to CEO Real Estate, you are a trusted contact person and central coordination point for the CEO. You support the management of priorities, connect important interfaces and ensure that key topics, decisions and initiatives are efficiently advanced.
What you can achieve
- Proactive management of the CEO’s calendar, meetings, business trips and priorities
- Coordination and prioritisation of incoming requests, information and communication
- Creation and preparation of presentations, reports, briefings, decision documents and correspondence
- Participation in important meetings, documentation of decisions and consistent follow-up of tasks, responsibilities and deadlines
- Coordination of the management rhythm of the Real Estate organisation, including leadership meetings, reporting cycles and governance
- Central interface function between CEO, management, board of directors as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Support for selected business initiatives, research and cross-departmental projects
- Processing of expenses, invoices and other administrative tasks
- Handling short-term and time-critical issues with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- Professional and absolutely discreet handling of confidential information and sensitive topics
- Completed commercial training with further education in executive assistance or a comparable qualification with solid, relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a comparable demanding assistant role; experience supporting C-level executives is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (C1/C2)
- Strong organisational talent and the ability to confidently manage several priorities simultaneously
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders
- Strong entrepreneurial understanding, good judgement and a keen sense of priorities
- Proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style as well as consistent follow-up
- High discretion, integrity and sense of responsibility
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Flexibility, adaptability and enthusiasm for quickly familiarising yourself with new topics and demanding issues
- Work location: The workplace is basically Andermatt, with the possibility to work on average about 1-2 days per week from home. At the same time, flexibility is required to work on site in Andermatt if needed by the CEO, the team or due to business priorities.
