Your tasks You

• • are responsible for 1st and 2nd level support.
  • answer and resolve incoming IT enquiries on site, by phone, email or ticket system.
  • record fault reports and solutions in the ticket system.
  • install and configure computer hardware and software, printers and scanners.
  • support users with hardware and software problems.

Your profile You

• • have completed training, ideally as an ICT specialist.
  • are a customer- and service-oriented person who values quality and enjoys working independently and solution-oriented.
  • are determined, show initiative and willingness to cooperate. In addition, you have good communication skills.
  • have good written and spoken German skills. French skills at least at A2 level.
