Even behind the scenes – in our modern, new staff restaurant Victor’s – a dedicated team ensures that our employees feel comfortable. In this versatile role, you support our staff restaurant team in daily operations. You prepare cold and hot dishes as well as daily menus and attend to our guests in a friendly and service-oriented manner. You enjoy working with fresh ingredients while adhering to hygiene guidelines (HACCP). Additionally, you are co-responsible for catering and service at meetings and internal events, providing drinks, snacks, and refreshments. General cleaning tasks in the kitchen, dining area, and dishwashing are also part of your duties, as well as assisting with goods receipt inspections.

Skills:

• Completed vocational training in the gastronomy or food sector or equivalent professional experience (returnees are also welcome)
• Enjoyment in guest service and a friendly, customer-oriented working style
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Team spirit, resilience, and a helpful personality
• Willingness for flexible work assignments (including 100% holiday cover)
