We are a versatile social service and care for eight municipal associations in the Kulm district. Our broad range of tasks extends from voluntary counselling of children, adolescents, and adults to statutory social assistance and child and adult protection.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality immediately or by arrangement as:

Professional Guardian
in the Adult Protection Department 50 - 60 %

Your tasks – versatile, responsible, and meaningful:

• Independent management of mandates in adult protection, including income and asset management
• Assumption of voluntary wage administrations
• Clarifications, reports, and applications to the family court (KESB)
• Advice on financial, work-related, and social issues
• Coordination and networking with specialist agencies, relatives, and institutions

What we expect from you:

• Experience in mandate management or counselling
• Good knowledge of social insurance law and a solid understanding of numbers
• High social competence and good insight into people
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written form
• Quick comprehension and precise analysis of complex situations
• Resilient, decisive personality with empathy and respect for different life realities
• Independent, structured working style combined with team spirit, humour, and integrity
• Confident handling of MS Office and KLIBnet
• Driving licence category B (own car required)
