Leadership Trainee (m/f/d)
What awaits you – your entry into a leadership career
- Two years, many opportunities: In our on-the-job trainee programme, you will gain a diverse insight into various companies and business areas of the fenaco-LANDI group (e.g. UFA, AGROLA, LANDI, Anicom, crop production, etc.)
- Leadership-ready in theory and practice: You will get a taste of sales, marketing, finance, business administration, and project work – all with the aim of preparing you for a leadership role
- You are on the move: Whether regionally or in other parts of the country – your area of deployment is diverse and offers exciting prospects
What you bring – professionally strong, personally convincing
- You have completed further training as an agricultural merchant HF, agricultural technician HF, agronomist FH or ETH – or a comparable qualification with proven practical relevance to agriculture
- You want more: to take on responsibility, lead teams, and shape the future – ideally in one of our companies
- Communication is your strength: You speak and write German fluently, and you can communicate well in French
- You are open, motivated, and flexible: Assignments in various regions of Switzerland and in different teams are an exciting opportunity for you, not a hurdle
Your goal
After successful completion, you aim for a responsible position with leadership responsibility in the fenaco-LANDI group.
Your workplace is in Sursee, with assignments in the Central Switzerland region as well as in other parts of the country.
