Your tasks

• In this varied and responsible role, you are the first point of contact for our employees at home and abroad for all ICT concerns. With your solution-oriented and service-oriented approach, you analyse faults, develop suitable solutions or coordinate the necessary measures with the responsible specialist departments. In addition, you support the ICT manager in the implementation and further development of ICT projects and make an important contribution to the continuous optimisation of our IT landscape:
• Competent support of employees in 1st and 2nd level support for IT and telephony issues
• Administration and maintenance of the client infrastructure as well as ensuring smooth IT operations
• Installation, configuration, delivery, return and preparation of clients for reinstallation
• Procurement, management and coordination of hardware, software and peripherals as well as handling repairs
• Creation and maintenance of training materials, user documentation and instructions
• Conducting user training and support in the introduction of new systems and applications
• Participation in exciting ICT projects as well as support in the continuous optimisation of IT processes

Your profile

Completed training at EFZ level specialising in ICT or system technology or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in 1st and 2nd level support as well as in client management
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows operating systems, SCCM or comparable client management solutions)
Experience in handling hardware, peripherals and mobile devices
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
High service orientation and enjoyment of direct contact with users
Strong communication skills as well as a confident and friendly manner
Resilient, committed and proactive personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
