Service Desk Employee (a) 100% [Ref:2615]

• First point of contact for user fault reports and change requests
• Analysis and remote resolution of incidents
• Forwarding complex cases to 2nd/3rd level support
• Recording, classifying, prioritising, assigning, and closing tickets
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software according to internal guidelines
• User and permission management including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensuring the availability of hardware, software, and network
• Maintenance of the IT inventory (hardware, software, network components)
• Building and maintaining the knowledge base for documenting solutions

• Completed IT training or career changer with a strong IT affinity
• Many years of professional experience in customer support
• Experience in service desk or IT support is an advantage
• Confident handling of O365
• Impeccable reputation is mandatory
• Very good German and French skills (at least level C1) and/or good Italian skills (at least level B2) are required
