What You Will Do

• Create and process offers and orders in the ERP system
• Advise customers by phone and occasionally on site
• Develop individual solutions from the product portfolio
• Handle complaints and customer service orders
• Take over invoicing and administrative processes
• Support the field service and work closely with internal specialist departments
• Participate in projects and further develop existing solutions
• Accompany apprentices and new team members in daily work

What You Bring

• Training as a carpenter or comparable training in the wood industry
• Experience with ERP systems
• Very good German language skills
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of customer contact
• Experience with CAD or planning tools
• Independent and structured way of working

This role combines technology, administration and customer contact. You constantly switch between customer enquiries, orders, internal coordination and administrative tasks. You are an important point of contact between customers, field service and internal specialist departments and must be able to set priorities independently.
