What you can contribute

• Fully deputise for the Team Leader HR Admin 2
• Competently advise employees, supervisors and HR managers in the HR Service Centre and resolve enquiries in first and second level support
• Maintain personnel, payroll and organisational data in the HR systems and reliably and punctually process payroll, expenses and social insurance procedures
• Independently carry out changes in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (IPDM and PSD)
• Handle complex special cases independently and carefully check financially relevant data and HR processes
• Actively support IT developments, projects and system tests, as well as prepare evaluations and analyses; create work instructions and training materials and share knowledge within the team

What makes you unique

• Commercial or equivalent EFZ qualification with further training in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate or personnel administration)
• Several years of experience in personnel and payroll administration
• Confident handling of SAP or comparable HR systems and enthusiasm for digital processes
• Analytical, structured and independent working style as well as enjoyment in contact with different stakeholders
• Interest in taking responsibility and developing professionally
• Good knowledge of a second official language is an advantage

The Army Staff (A Staff) supports the Chief of the Army in leading the Defence Department area and is responsible for the overall military planning and development of the Swiss Army. Here, according to political guidelines, the strategic foundations, force development and army and armament planning are developed, and tasks in the international security context are undertaken. The leadership, control and coordination of all overarching cross-sectional areas (personnel, finance, real estate) also fall within the responsibility of the Army Staff.
