- Procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software
- User administration and management of permissions
- User training and support for software and hardware issues
- Experience in administration and support of client/server environments
- Experience with MS and MySQL databases
- Knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, backup/restore, and network environments
- Business fluent German skills, good English skills
- Customer-oriented approach and networked thinking

- Completed training as an IT specialist (preferably in a system-technical environment)- Experience in administration and support of client/server environments
- Experience with MS and MySQL databases
