Clerk for Windows and Doors (60-100%)

At GAWO you are an important part of our customer projects. You support the project management in the technical development and ensure that precise and complete documents for purchasing, production and assembly are created from project specifications.

You create detailed plans, maintain project and production data and clarify technical questions with the involved departments. In doing so, you work closely with project management, assembly, purchasing, production control, suppliers and other specialist departments.

Your task: Plan details, advance projects.

• Create, edit and manage CAD designs and detailed drawings according to project specifications and technical standards
• Create and update project information and detailed plans in the ERP (3E-Look)
• Ensure technically correct and complete detailed planning including construction status and specifications
• Technical clarifications with purchasing, suppliers and R&D, for example regarding specifications, alternatives and technical queries
• Support production control in work preparation and provision of the required technical documents
• Clarify manufacturing and assembly questions as well as update changes from project planning
• Timely provision of CAD and ERP (3E-Look) data for procurement, production and assembly
• Ensure complete and clean data and documentation quality according to our standards

What you bring with you

• Training in construction, wood or joinery or comparable technical background
• Experience in technical administration, planning or design is an advantage
• Good CAD skills and enjoyment of technical detailed drawings
• Structured, precise and reliable way of working
• Understanding of technical and constructive contexts
• Enjoy working with project management, production, purchasing and other specialist departments
• Initiative and willingness to clarify technical questions independently
