Your tasks:

In this versatile role, you are an important contact person for our customers and accompany customer orders from enquiry to invoicing. Your main tasks include:

• Customer care and advice in German, French and English
• Support and service of our customers at the counter
• Processing customer enquiries and preparing quotations
• Independent handling of customer orders from order entry to invoicing
• Preparation of sales price calculations for non-stock items
• Purchasing of non-stock items
• Coordination and handling of deliveries and returns
• Preparation and processing of export documents
• Processing and dispatch of product samples
• Customer support within our 24- to 48-hour service
• Maintenance and processing of product- and customer-related data and documents

What you ideally bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in internal sales, order processing or a comparable function is an advantage
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Good French skills; English skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with an ERP system
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even with several parallel tasks
• Communicative, open-minded and team-oriented personality
