Managing Director
Your Tasks
The core of the role is overall responsibility for the further development and successful management of the corporate group. You are therefore responsible for implementing the corporate strategy, managing financial performance, and ensuring professional structures, processes, and an efficient organisation. Together with your management team, you actively drive transformation, professionalisation, and further growth, develop the real estate portfolio, and maintain key relationships with owners, tenants, authorities, and other stakeholders. As a direct sparring partner of the Board of Directors, you decisively steer the value development of the group with top operational responsibility.
Your Profile
We are addressing an experienced leader with a proven track record in the real estate industry. You have solid experience in the strategic and operational management of a real estate company or business unit with profit and loss responsibility, as well as in-depth knowledge of professional real estate management, from property management through asset and portfolio management to the realisation of major construction projects. Ideally, you also bring experience in the further development of organisations, processes, and structures and can look back on demonstrable successes related to the use of artificial intelligence. You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and convince through strong communication skills, integrity, and natural authority. A qualified education and training in the real estate sector as well as business fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
